Risk Manager
Are you passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for youth hockey? The South Delta Minor Hockey Association (SDMHA) is currently seeking a Risk Manager to join our team for the 2025–2026 season.
This is not a full-time position. Hours may vary throughout the season, with the busiest period typically in late August and September as teams form and the season ramps up. The role is compensated with a one-time honorarium of $2,000, paid at the end of the season.
The Risk Manager plays a vital role in ensuring our players, families, volunteers, and coaches enjoy a safe, respectful, and welcoming hockey experience. You’ll work closely with our board, team officials, and other stakeholders to support safety protocols, manage incident reporting, and uphold standards of conduct across the association.
